Alyssa began her grants career at the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC), where she rose from grant writer to Program Manager for Grants Planning and Development. She went on to found Impact Grant Development, LLC, building a consulting practice around full-lifecycle grant support for Tribal organizations, nonprofits, and public agencies.

Across her career, Alyssa has developed more than 175 applications, with over $334.3 million in total awarded funding — $249.3 million of it in the last three years of consulting alone. Her funder experience spans DOE, CDC, USDA, EPA, SAMHSA, HRSA, ANA, BIA, HUD, DOJ, IHS, the Denali Commission, and the State of Alaska, plus research funders including NIH, NSF, Alaska INBRE, and the University of Washington ITHS.

Keli served as Grants Director at the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium, overseeing Grants Planning and Development as well as the Center for Environmentally Threatened Communities. Under her leadership, the department secured roughly $85 million annually — including $126 million submitted in 2022 at an 86% success rate.

Before ANTHC, Keli was Grants Director at the Kodiak Area Native Association (KANA), where she secured $70 million in two years. Through Skokan Consulting, she has brought that same portfolio-scale discipline to organizations across Alaska — from funding strategy through post-award compliance.
