Built from the inside out
Strategic Impact Consulting began inside Alaska's Tribal health system. Our principals spent years leading grants and program development at organizations like the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium and Kodiak Area Native Association — writing proposals, managing multimillion-dollar portfolios, and building the internal systems that keep funded programs running.
After more than seven years of collaboration across two established practices — Impact Grant Development, LLC and Skokan Consulting — we merged into one integrated, women-owned firm. For our clients, that means continuity with expanded capacity: the same trusted people, now with a deeper bench and a wider range of services.
